Read On For General Google Front Page Know-How
So, the Google front page is the place you want to be. First, a comprehension of the Google ranking mechanics is needed. Then I will share with you how to optimize your content so Google realizes it quicker. And finally you will know how to arrange your content to earn popularity points. And rapidly you will discern exactly how to rank first on Google by reading, understanding, and applying these easy tactics.
It is essential to realize how Google elects a content piece worthy of the front page.
1) Linkbacks
Matt Cutts, master Google engineer, has declared that the number of links directing to a webpage and the quality of those links, determine page rank. In other words, how tall your content is ranked is affected by the total of links from different sites that are on it in conjunction with the reputation of those additional sites. A major website connecting to your content has more wallop than five less trafficked sites.
2) Relevant Keywords
A further controlling dynamic is the keyword or keyword phrase being sought. To see if they equal a search query, Google checks the piece of content for that actual keyword. So, a keyword or phrase popping up multiple times in one piece of content is handed more ranking priority than others containing that matching keyword or phrase only once.
Google is one gigantic scanning machine. Millions of pieces of content are all at once scanned top to bottom for the submitted keyword being searched for. The content pieces or pages with the most number of that keyword, other relevant words, and majority amount (or quality) of linkbacks are ranked in the top 10 on the Google front page. The top 10 spots on the Google front page are comprised of content pieces with the most number of that certain keyword or keyword phrase as well as any relevant words to that keyword, and the number and quality of linkbacks directly corresponding to it.
So, let us explore optimizing that content for the Google front page.
1. Start off with a keyword or keyword phrase intially, shaping your content around it. Fair rules of thumb are involving the keyword every 5 to 6 sentences all the way through your content.
Scanning starts from the top. Do you remember?
2. The title of your content, the description box and the meta tags should contain your keyword.
3. Make sure the URL address to where your content is originally placed (also well-known as a permalink) includes the keyword and keyword phrase. It might appear like this *http://yourwebsite.com/your-competitive-keyword*
Bonus: You can even include your keyword in a few anchor texts (commonly known as hyperlinks) you may have in your content. Oh yeah baby! Now you’re rollin’!
When you have optimized your content, you want to have as many linkbacks as possible directing to it. You are about to get your content elected class president, prom queen, captain of the football team, and magna cum laude all at once.
Many submission directories are out there; article, video, software, and blog directories. You want to morph your original content into many different versions and present them to these different directories.
Containing a link back to the original from all of these “new” content pieces is most vital. Google sees that all these numerous sites are directing to this original piece you have so courteously blessed the world, conceiving an importance factor. And if all of them deem it is important, it must be. And it is boosted to the top of the Google front page as your reward for being so popular. (Shallow, I know.)
Now if you are saying to yourself you do not have the time or man power to remake your original piece into hundreds of new pieces, much less send them to the thousands of various directories… you are in all probability dead on. But there are a couple of programs that exist for just this kind of job. Check Out My Recommendations HERE.
