If you’re reading this Magnetic Sponsoring review, chances are you’ve heard there are ways to attract online leads to you, but you’re not sure where to start. Maybe you’ve run across Mike Dillard’s 7-day bootcamp email series. Maybe you’ve read the same ol’ same ol’ in other Magnetic Sponsoring reviews and are still on the fence about getting it. Well, my friend… you’re in the right place. We’re about to explore the main topics of this book, the principles that it was written around, and whether the strategies it promotes can work in your business. Welcome to a real nitty-gritty Magnetic Sponsoring Review.
First, let’s ask, “What is Magnetic Sponsoring?” Is it a book? Is it a system?
Well, it’s both. Magnetic Sponsoring is the book by Mike Dillard that acts as a gateway into his Magnetic Sponsoring attraction marketing system. We’ll review the book first. Then we’ll tackle the system.
Magnetic Sponsoring Book Review
Let’s start with an Overview spanning the 10 chapters of the book. They cover in order: 1) Psychology of Attraction 2) Insight on Personal development 3) Marketing
If you don’t know what attraction marketing is, or you’re new to the concept, the Magnetic Sponsoring book will give you an in-depth explanation, honing in on the relationship origins of leaders (Alphas) and followers (Betas). – the foundation for Attraction marketing principles.
Mike relates attraction to the basic human psychology that being attractive is not a choice, but based on survival instincts. It is a symbiotic relationship on a basic level. A leader has the value of protection and guidance to the group in exchange for the group following the leader. Therefore, if the leader increases his value to others, the more they will seek the leader out.
Suffice to say, you want to be leader, continuously upping your own value and knowledge to others so that they will follow you.
Mike will argue that people don’t join a business. They join YOU. They are looking for solutions to their problems, which happen to be the same two across the board for most network marketers: running out of leads and running out of money before the oh-so-sought after residual income kicks in. Therefore, Mike preaches that the network marketer should be selling a “how to” marketing system to distributors, and then let the system sell the company products. Now this will challenge what most network marketers are taught by their companies, which is to promote/advertise your primary business directly, which might also be why you see such an uproar in the network marketing community among the many old-school marketers who have built their business using the traditional ways.
Another highlight of the Magnetic Sponsoring book is the chapter how to create a true MLM franchise. He outlines the 3-part business model and the 5 franchise components that should automatically solve the network marketer’s dilemma of getting leads and money. The franchise idea integrates the funded proposal concept and newsletter in order to generate consistent cash flow and leadership branding. In layman’s terms… the network marketer should promote his system to help others achieve their goals. This in turn will bring in cash flow for the network marketer, and at the same time position him as a problem solver… or leader.
The book is exploding with so many valuable tips on how to set up elite email campaigns, attract targeted leads, and how to make money off of those leads. It’s no wonder that so many successful network marketers have adopted it as their industry course book.
Magnetic Sponsoring System Review
In the last chapter Mike invites the reader to participate and experience the system he has built around the principles he talks about with membership automatically included in the purchase price of the book. Reviewing the Magnetic Sponsoring system will show tangible proof of his attraction marketing strategies in action. A network marketer would be wise to study the back office and setup of the system and sales funnel. BUT…Take heed. Using his Magnetic Sponsoring system does not build your own leads list. Throughout the book, Mike alludes to building a list of followers, but never directly states that you want to build YOUR OWN list. His system will build his list, not yours.
… But even so, the principles remain the same. And don’t worry, there are other systems that do build your own list. (Just look at the one I use).
So the question still holds… Will the strategies in Magnetic Sponsoring work in your business? Well, let’s just say that these attraction principles are practiced successfully in every business outside of the network marketing industry. And the heavy hitters within the network marketing industry apply them fully. Mike Dillard himself has built enormous mlm empires in several companies. And a growing number of his students are doing the same. As written in the introduction of the book, this “will ABSOLUTELY change your life IF you put it to use.”
